Our head chef, Mina Ibañez, has been cooking for over 30 years and she has gained a lot of experience along the way. From learning the ropes in her grandmother’s kitchen, to cooking at successful restaurants. Her wide range of expertise is the fuel that fires the grills of our cocina.
